Nov 16 2025 Roadmap

Hey folks! Most of you know already that I joined the Wild West Wizards crew a few weeks ago.  Since putting on that 🧙♂️ hat, Blake and I have tossed around a few ideas and plans for the shop, and I wanted to give you guys a brief update on what we are currently working on and what to expect in the future.

Website:

If you are reading this on our website, its up and running! We have many plans and ideas for continuous website development; however, initially, customers can purchase SEALED products on the website and find links to helpful resources, such as franchise pages, documents, and How To’s for new and curious players. And much more as we progress.

Card Inventory

Very soon, hopefully in the next couple of weeks (if not sooner), we will be transitioning away from single-card binders and moving all our singles to a digital inventory system. Wild West Wizards will have tablets available to act as a Kiosk to allow you to search the shop's collection for specific cards, submit a list, and the staff will then pull cards out for purchase.

  • It will help prevent theft.

  • Give more customers access to browsing rather than individual binders.

  • Save on space

  • Improved stock organization.

Introductory Handbook

It’s quite simple. Curious about a game but don’t know where to start? We will have the resources to help you decide what direction to go. (This will be digital, with potential hard copies)

  • What game best suits your style

  • Basic game mechanics

  • Accessories you might need.

  • Websites and Apps are best.

Proxy Cards

To keep it fair for the various opinions regarding proxy cards, this will be a limited product/service. This all began with a personal interest in giving one of my own decks a more thematic style.

As of now, we will only have token cards, basic lands, and common staples available. Stock is currently very limited as this is a new service.

There is much card designing to be done. MTG is the focus (that's my game of choice), however, Lorcana, Pokémon, and additional games can be made as well if desired.

There are plenty more plans on the list, but this at least gives you an idea of what to expect and where we are going next. We will have more news updates as they progress. Who knows, maybe the next one you read will be on our website blog 😉.

Finally, as most of you already know, I’m not the only genius to join. We also have Ryan, Dalton, and Jayden on the team, with Cory beginning next week.

If you have any questions, feedback, or suggestions, please let one of the staff know, and we will be more than happy to help you!

With Nerdy Love,

Bill
