Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

• PayPal
• Venmo
• Credit or Debit Cards (where supported by checkout)

Payment must be completed in full before orders are processed or shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.
• Available shipping options and delivery charges will be clearly displayed before payment is finalized.
• Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated (such as for preorders).

  When ordering a Pre-Order (or Back-Order item) on Findlay Flips, all other items in the cart will be shipped with the Pre-Order item. That means If a Pre-Order item ships in 1 month, you'll need to wait 1 month for all other items in the cart. If you want non-pre-order items shipped right away, please add them to a separate cart and check-out with a separate order. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.
  
  Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases will be charged to your Card/PayPal immediately upon purchase. Orders can be cancelled before shipment but are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.
