While I’ve been working on upgrading the nasty Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Commander precon deck, I also decided to build another deck around Donatello, Gadget Master.
Or as I prefer to call him… Robo-Tello.
While putting the deck together, I started digging through Commander Spellbook to see what kind of combos I could sneak into Robo-Tello. As I scrolled through their list of TMNT combos, one card kept jumping out at me over and over again.
At the time of writing this, it’s sitting at less than $0.20 (a mere .03 cents this morning) yet according to TCGplayer, almost 4,000 copies have sold in just the two weeks since its release. Even more interesting, TCGplayer has flagged it as the hottest-selling card of the week.
Sewer‑Veillance Cam
This little one-mana blue common is quietly enabling a ridiculous number of infinite combo lines. From what I can tell, if your combo involves cheap artifact engines or mana pieces, there’s a good chance this card can help make it happen.
And because it only costs one blue mana, it’s incredibly easy to slot into just about any blue deck. Below is just one of the various combos available with Sewer-Veillance.
TMNT Exclusive: Infinite... well, a lot!

Initial Card State
All permanents on the battlefield (Mona Lisawithout summoning sickness and with power 5 or greater).
Steps
- Activate Mona Lisa by tapping it, adding at least five mana of any color.
- Activate Chrome Dome by paying 5 mana, creating a token copy of Sewer-veillance Cam.
- When the Sewer-veillance Cam token enters, it triggers, untapping Mona Lisa.
- Repeat.
Results
- Infinite ETB/LTBInfinite card draw.
- Infinite colored mana.
- Infinite copies of artifacts you control with haste.
- Infinite creature tokens with haste.
- Infinite death triggers.
- Infinite draw triggers.
- Infinite mana creatures you control can produce.
- Infinite sacrifice triggers.
- Infinite untap of creatures you control.
And if you really want to play dirty, throwing these cards in your TMNT precon, including Mm'menon Uthros Exile, Urza Chief Artificer, Super Shredder, Technodrome or one of my favorites I have yet to add to my own deck, Reckless Fireweaver and a plethora of others.
Honestly, this might be one of those cards that ends up being a staple combo enabler that people overlook simply because it’s a bulk common.
So before you go ordering copies online… Check your bulk boxes first! You might already have one sitting there waiting to power up your next combo deck.
Now grab the camera and roll that beautiful blue footage.
